How much will delivery cost?
The charge for delivery of any items ordered in our shop are priced fairly. What we get charged from our couirers we pass onto our customers. No hidden charges. Simple! Our delivery charges start from just £1.99 and vary depending on the weight and size of your order.
How do you deliver?
All products ordered from our shop are sent mainly by Royal Mail and Parcelforce and will be despatched to you within 2-3 working days of placing your order.
How can I chase my order?
Most of our items are delivered by courier and the particular courier for your order will be notified to you by email after we have despatched your item.
Do you offer a guarantee?
All home-essential-uk products are guaranteed for 12 months to be free from defects in workmanship and materials in normal domestic use. This guarantee excludes damage from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse or normal weathering.
Returns Information;
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about an item or simply not like how it looks when it arrives, and so returns are accepted within 30 days.
If you need to return any item, please get in touch with your order number and reason for return. Await confirmation and then ensure your name, address and order number are included with the package. When returning an order, ensure you choose a delivery service with a tracking number.
Items must be returned in their delivered condition, unused and in original packaging (i.e. unbuilt and boxed suitably for courier transit). You may be responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.
